This class will explore ensemble building & and storytelling through theatrical movement. We will sample of the many different schools of thought in movement training pulling heavily from Anne Bogart's (SITI Company) Viewpoints, Suzuki, LeCoque, and Double Edge Theatre training. 

We will focus on the body, voice, and breath as our instruments and tap into the bodies unique physical impulse, creativity, and capability to heighten expression and narrative.

The class will focus on and be tailored to the ensemble that is present. Regardless of experience, or physical restrictions all are welcome to attend this class. This IS a highly physical class but you will set your own pace and manage to your own physical restrictions so please participate at a level that is right for you. All are welcome and encourage to find growth through this unique training!  

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, sneakers, water bottle, and a journal or notebook.

Heather found theatre through her background in competitive dance and has always considered herself a physical theatre artists. She has been trained in Viewpoints, Suzuki, Double Edge, LeCoque, Mime, Mask, and Clown.
